Nason, Byron Edward Byron Nason passed away peacefully on Wednesday April 27, 2016 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital in Fredericton N.B.  Byron was born on December 17, 1933 at Tracy N.B.  He was the son of the late George and Sadie Nason and husband of the late Nora Naomi Woodworth.

Byron was the father of Darlene Arseneault (Bruce), Kevin Nason (Deanna), Kelsey Nason (Krista), he was the brother of Stafford (Gloria), Randy (Ann), Lester (Marielle), Errol (Dorothy), Doris Robinson, Marjorie Alexander, Velma Aubin (Dale), Esther Woodworth (Ronald), Rose Kelly (Jack).  He has two grandsons Christopher (Tammy) and Joel, two granddaughters Charity and Kaela (Jean), one great granddaughter Mia and his best friend Leona.

 Byron was predeceased by his daughter Kimberly Ann, sons David and Kelly, brothers Stuart and Francis, step sister Beulah Mersereau, step brothers Perley, Travis and Smith.

 Byron spent three years in the army in England and Germany.  He said that when he returned, he would never leave Tracy again.  He loved his home, his mill, Bingo, visiting “Across the crick” and Velma’s cookies and Apple pie.  He loved his Ponds, watching the animals and sitting in the woods listening to the birds.  Picking blueberries and making maple syrup.  He will be greatly missed.

Visitation will be held at the Sunbury Funeral Home on Sunday May 1, 2016 from 2-4 and 6-8pm. The funeral will be held at Gladstone Mission, Tracy, NB, on Monday May 2, 2016 at 11am, with Rev. Steven Aubin officiating. Interment will be in the Tracy United Baptist Cemetery. If you wish, donations may be made in memory of Byron to a charity of your choice.
