Russell, Marlene Dora (Carr) – With great sadness, the family wishes to announce the passing of Marlene (Carr) Russell at the White Rapids Manor on April 15, 2016. Marlene was born in Tweedsmuir, NB on April 17, 1946 to the late Beulah(Carr) and Esley Carr and was predeceased by her husband Eric Russell.

Marlene was a homemaker to her family. 

Marlene is survived by a daughter Lori Robinson(Robert), sons; Troy Phillips (Rhonda) and Robin Phillips, four grandchildren; Olivia and Joel Robinson, Jennifer and Aaron Phillips, two great grandchildren; Alexis and Leah Phillips, two sisters; June Corbett, Delcine Knorr(Kenneth), one brother; Fred Carr (Elizabeth) and several nieces and nephews.

Along with her parents, Beulah and Esley Carr and husband Eric, Marlene was predeceased by Esley Jr, Dellas, Patricia, Terrance, Dwight and Jacqueline.

 Funeral Service will take place at St. Columba Catholic Church, Fredericton Junction, on Monday April 18, 2016 at 2 pm with Father Mark Trzop officiating. Interment will be in St. Columba Catholic Cemetery following the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Marlene’s name to White Rapids Manor or the Alzheimer’s Society or a charity of donor’s choice. Arrangements are in the care of Sunbury Funeral Home, Blissville, NB.
