With heavy hearts the family of Doreen Fay Nason of Tracy, NB announces her passing at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital on January 11, 2024. Doreen was born March 4, 1949, in Tracy NB to the late Faye and Frank Nason.

Doreen will be missed by her two sisters Shirley McLaughlin and Leona Carr, two brothers: Edison and Otis Nason, her sister-in-law Joy Nason and many special nieces and nephews.

She was a kind and special person.  Although she did not have children of her own, she loved kids and love doting on them with cookies and various other homemade treats.  She was an animal lover, always had a cat and loved to watch the birds at her feeder every day.

Along with her parents, Doreen was predeceased by her brothers; Irvine (Mary), Richard and Dean (Anna), Cecil (Wanda) Nason, sisters; Lois (William), Ada (Guy) and May, her common law partners; Leroy Kelly, Harley Wilson and Jack Tobin, brothers-in-law; Edgar and David, and sisters-in-law; Tressa and Bernice.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate any donations to the Tracy United Baptist Church Cemetery.

Family and friends are invited to the Tracy United Baptist Church for Visitations on Sunday January 14, 2024 from 3-6 pm.  A Funeral Service will be held at the Tracy United Baptist Church on Monday January 15, 2024 at 2pm with Rev. Maurice Hatfield officiating.
