William (Bill) Waugh Obituary

William (Bill) Robert Waugh of Fredericton Junction, NB Passed away suddenly and peacefully at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital on January 11, 2024. He was born September 15, 1938, in Stanley NB to the late Robert and Maude (Gullison) Waugh.

Bill is survived by his son Jeffrey (Sylvia) Waugh, daughter Janike Waugh (Gerry Richard); grandson Chris (Ashley) Aubin, great grandsons Hayden and Kye Aubin; sisters Shirley Dunphy and Mavis Hallet; brothers Wayne (Ruby), Lynn (Catherine), Harold (Valerie), and James (Linda); sister-in-law Betty Anne Waugh; many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his wife Judy (Green) Waugh, brother Laurie, sister-in-law Maureen; brothers-in-law Gerald Dunphy and Kenneth Hallet.

Bill began his career as an Industrial Arts Teacher, then worked for the Province of NB with their Trades Apprenticeship Program. He had a passion for woodworking and enjoyed spending time in the outdoors.

At Bill’s request there will be no visitation or service.
