Dear Ruth, Kevin, Kathy and Family
Although Byrons passsing was somewhat expected, when it comes,it is always a challenge, to confront it, knowing that his presence, is no longer there.
I recall about two years ago as I was visiting him at the monor I asked Byron how he would react, if suddenly a call would come from above, that the earthly time of his days on earth had come to an end, and the Lord would say, come, come, my dear one enter into the joys, that I have prepared for you.
His answer was not to be fogotten as he raised his hands and with radiant smile said, here, i am, Lord, take me.
Both he and Miriam were my very close christians and I cheerish the time when we will be togeather again.
To all of his family, may you each be comforted in the way you need it the most.

When we received the news of Byron's passing, we had so much in our hearts how dearly he loved to celebrate the Heavenly Festivals. And now he is really there gazing upon Jesus, worshiping his beloved Saviour! Looking back over our years in Tracy, it would never have happened without his initiative.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you especially at this time of sorrow when you all say "farewell".

I am sending you deepest sympathies. My ( passes) husband Terry Pickens and I served on the Ashram Board with Byron in the 90's. . We always loved his kind and genuous spirit. I can only remember him smiling all the time. God was good to us by letting our paths cross. He will be missed! Our Gideon me,bears on PEI will miss him greatly, too.

So sorry to hear of Byron's death. I have so many good memories of the many ways he helped up when we were building the Circle Square Ranch at Snider Mountain. He always wanted to know when we would be serving Texas sheet cake.Also had a wonderful weekend to a FGBM conference with him and your mom. Many people are serving the Lord today because they attended the ranch and he helped to make it happen.He and Barry will be praising God together in heaven. Marjorie Mawer.

We want to express heartfelt condolences and love at Byron's passing but at the same time rejoicing that he has gone on to his reward. We have many special memories of our times at the Ashram, Full Gospel Business Men as well as at the camp at Yoho Lake. He blessed and influenced many people in his earlier days and I'm sure he'll receive many rewards from the King of Glory. So sorry we aren't able to attend the wake or memorial service but prayers go out to all the family for comfort at this difficult time.

He was a constant support to us at Circle Square Ranch where we served as Directors 1997-2001. He would address us like this "listen kids" and go on to team us on to a greater level in what the Lord would have for that ministry and believed in us to be His hands and feet to carry it forth!!
