Luke, Cecil Patrick Reuben. With joyous hearts we announce that Cecil went home to be with Jesus on April 9, 2017.  Cecil was born in the Harvey Hospital on March 5, 1948. He was the son of the late Mary Isabelle (Arsenault) Luke and Joseph Patrick Luke.

Anyone that knew Cecil would remember his laugh and that he was an avid Poker player.

Cecil is survived by four children; Sherry Luke, Lance Luke, Tammy Luke and Carol Widen, six grandchildren; Indie, Cole, Gage, Jaden, Denver and Avea, two great grandchildren; Brielle and Alexander, seven brothers and sisters; Francis Luke, Ray Luke, James Luke, Ronald Luke, Helen Harris, Dot Little and Rose Nason, and several nieces and nephews.

Along with Cecil’s parents, he is predeceased by four sisters; Sadie Maclean, Mary Martin, Mel Hetherington and Marg MacDonald.

We would like to make special mention of Cecil’s friends and caretakers, Sheila Gallant and Shawn Casey.  We are so grateful for the care you gave to our loved one.

There will be no visitations but a Funeral Service is planned for Wednesday April 12, 2017 at 2 pm at the Tracy United Baptist church with Rev. James Harrison officiating. Interment will be in the Tracy United Baptist Cemetery at a later date.
