Heather Lynn (Bingham) Brooks

Brooks, Heather L (Bingham) – With great sadness, the family of Heather L Brooks (Bingham) of Fredericton Junction, NB, announce her passing at the Fredericton Hospice on March 3, 2018.  Born in Halifax, NS on December 20, 1946 to the late Alice Bingham (McRae) and Frederick Bingham.  She was the loving wife of the late Garry Brooks.

Heather was a delightful person who dearly loved her family and friends.  She also loved camping in Belleisle with her family and to volunteer at the Tri County Complex.  She was a stay at home mom for several years and then became an owner of the local convenience store (AW Robinson & Son).

Heather is survived by her son Darren(Michelle) Brooks; sisters; Shirley Yabsley of Halifax, Deborah(Jim) Pattman of Saint John, Dawn Pye of Saint John; sister in laws Patsy Bingham and Paulette Bingham; two grandchildren; Taylor (Sean) Webb and Andrew Brooks(Sydney Dwyer); three great grandchildren; Gracelyn, Myah & Avah Webb as well as several nieces and nephews.

Along with her parents and husband, Heather is also predeceased by two brothers; Clint & David Bingham; one brother in law; Reg Yabsley.

Family and friends are invited to Sunbury Funeral Home, Central Blissville, NB on Monday March 5th, 2018 for visitations between 2-4pm & 6-8pm.  Funeral Service will be held at Fredericton Junction Baptist Church on Tuesday March 6, 2018 at 2pm with Pastor Maurice Hatfield officiating. Interment will be in the spring. Donations in memory of Heather may be made to the Tri County Complex, Hospice House or a charity of your choice.
