Peterson, Percival Edward– It is with a heavy heart and great sadness that we announce the passing of Percy Peterson of Fredericton. Who passed away October 24, 2017 at the Waulklehegan Manor in McAdam NB at the age of 89.

Percy is survived by; his Wife June, his daughters Mary Peterson, Shirley Baker (John), Nancy Pedersen (Danny), Leona Goodine (Ryan), Betty Thomas (Arnold), and Sandra Merritt (Oral). His Sons; Leo Peterson (Norma), Edward Peterson (Elaine) and Robert Peterson (Dianne). His step-daughter Tanya Mallaley (Darrin). He is also survived by several Grand children, Great Grandchildren, Great great grandchildren, Nieces, and nephews.

He is predeceased by his first wife Eva Marie (Porter), his parents, Mary Arbeau of Blackville NB and Edward Peterson of Blackville. His sister Molly and three brothers; Ernest, Beacher, and Angus.

Percy spent his life Self Employed working in the various trades of the trucking industry.

 Family and friends are invited to United Pentecostal Church in Noonan on Friday, October 27th for visitations between 4-7pm.  Funeral Service will be held at the United Pentecostal church on Saturday October 28, 2017 at 11am with Pastor Bruce Arsenault officiating. Interment will be at the Sunny Bank Cemetery following the service. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Alzheimer’s Society, or to a charity of your choice.
