Pelletier (LeClerc), Rolande of Fredericton Junction NB, passed away peacefully at home on November 16, 2016 at the age of 87. Rolande was born on June 26, 1929 in Saint Louis du Ha!Ha! in Quebec to Celine Fitzback and Joseph LeClerc.

Rolande was a home maker to her family. She was a loving, supportive and devoted mother and wife. She will be dearly missed, not only by her family, but all who knew her.

She loved her flower garden and she was known to have a green thumb with her houseplants. She was a beautiful seamstress and tailored much of the children's wardrobe, as they were growing up. In the early years, she enjoyed selling items from her Regal catalogue to her family and friends. Later on, her kitchen was adorned by a collection of many different shapes and sizes of roosters, which symbolize good luck. By December, these would be replaced by her colorful Holiday decorations that brought the Spirit of Christmas to life in a home filled with music, warmth and love.

She dearly loved her family and shared many interests with them. On July 10, 1948 (66 years) Rolande married the love of her life, Omer Pelletier, the proud mother to 11 children; Lise, Nicole, Marcelle, France, Lyne, Denise, Diane, Sylvie, Yves, Suzy and Chantal. A grandmother to 21 grandchildren, and 19 great grandchildren, sister to Eddy, Simone, Simon, Edmond and Harvey. Beside her parents and husband she was predeceased to daughter Monique, son Gilles, grandson Éric Couturier and brother Vincent, Roland and sister Claire.

By Rolande's request, there will be no visitation or funeral service.
