Brian Mark Eugene Coombes
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Brian Coombes on May 13, 2026, at Saint John Regional Hospital. Brian was born in Devon, NB on May 2, 1961.
Brian is survived by his two sons; Nigel and Brandon, daughter Natalie, Ex wife Karen Coombes, brother Dolphie, sisters Donna, Joan, Sandra, his good friends Gerry and Denise Fictorie, Susan Colburn, Bob and Brenda Peltier.
Brian is Predeceased by his Mother, Elizabeth Laycock Coombes.
Brian moved to Calgary when he was a teenager and started carpentry work right away, starting as a Labourer, working to Apprenticeship, bigger jobs, more responsibility, then Journeyperson, supervised large projects and finally Red Seal Carpenter.
In 2013, Brian moved to McAdam and continued his carpentry skills doing renovations. When he retired he bought a travel trailer and enjoyed visiting all parts of the Maritimes.
There were no visitations or funeral as for Brian's wishes.
A private Graveside Service has taking place in St. Anthony’s Catholic Cemetery o June 19th, 2026
