With great sadness, the family of Donald Drummond of Fredericton Junction, NB, wish to announce his peaceful passing at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital on April 8, 2023. Donald was born on August 18, 1945 to the late Eva (Briggs) and Perley Drummond. He was the loving husband of Dixie (Burton) Drummond for over 32 years.

Along with his wife Dixie, Donald is also survived by a daughter Margie (Steve), a son Murray (TJ), three grandchildren; Matthew, Melaine and Monique, four great grandchildren, a sister Joanne, a brother Perley Jr. (Marlene), as well as several nieces and nephews.

Donald was a truck driver for MW Price & Sons Ltd. as well as a T &T mechanic for Marhawk. He was a kind and caring man, who loved his family dearly. In his spare time, he enjoyed being outdoors and interacting with the wildlife. He also enjoyed hunting.

Including his parents, Donald is also predeceased by a son Mark and a sister Margaret Drummond.

Following Donald’s request there will be no public visitations or funeral.
