Doris Theresa (Kelly) Hogan

Hogan, Doris Theresa (Kelly)– With great sadness, the family of Doris Hogan (Kelly) of Fredericton Junction, NB, announce her passing at home on December 14, 2018.  Born in Welsford, NB on March 6, 1932 to the late Ethel (Burns) Kelly and Leo Kelly.  She was the loving wife of the late Herbert Hogan.

Doris was a very devoted parishioner of St. Columba Catholic Church.  She also worked at the Hartt Shoe Factory for over 26 years.   She took great pride in her gardens each summer.

Doris is survived by a son Ronnie Hogan (Jocelyn), two daughters; Dorothy Harris (Alex) and Margie Hogan (Aulden Johnston), a daughter–in-law Marlene Hogan, eight grandchildren; Carrie, Wayne, Andrew, Ashley, Christopher, Nicholas, Meghen and Joel, eleven great-grandchildren; Karlee, Myah, Austin, Samuel, Kolby, Kylie, Dominic, Meadow, Abel, Maya and Eli, and several nieces and nephews.

Along with her parents and husband, Doris is also predeceased by her son Charlie Hogan, two sisters; June Knorr and Doreen Hogan, and two brothers; Leroy and Floyd Kelly.

 Family and friends are invited to Sunbury Funeral Home, Central Blissville NB on Tuesday December 18, 2018 for visitations between 4-7pm.  Funeral Service will be held at St. Columba Catholic Church on Wednesday December 19, 2018 at 11:00am. Interment will be in the spring. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the St. Columba Cemetery Fund or to a charity of your choice.
