It is with great sadness that the family of Erma Dale (Biggar) Phillips of Fredericton , NB announce her passing on July 25, 2025 at Hospice Fredericton.  She was born McAdam, NB on April 9th, 1946 to the late Margaret (Oliver) and Harry Biggar.

Erma will be dearly missed by her sons; Leland Phillips (Heather Allen) and Clinton Phillips (Jillian Chapman), and son inlaw Butch Foster,  her sister Lillas (John) Hachey, six grandchildren, Zachary Phillips, Shyanne (Tim) Paynter, Jordan Foster (Sarah Martin), Jessica (Myles) Adams, Stephen Phillips, and Grayson Phillips, four great grandchildren, Jensen, Thatcher, Lennon, and Ellie, along with several nieces and nephews.

Erma loved her family, she treasured her time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.  Erma worked at Cavendish Farms in New Annan, PE as a Line worker and Plant Services for 21 years before retirement. Shortly after Erma's retirement she moved back to New Brunswick where she remained until her passing.

Along with her parents, Erma was also predeceased by a daughter Katrina Foster, two sisters; Phyllis (Vance) Griffin and Lorella Daigle and her brother Clarence (Marion) Biggar.

For those who wish, in lieu of flowers, donations in Erma’s memory would be appreciated by the family to the IWK.

Family and friends are invited for Visitations at Sunbury Funeral Home on Thursday July 31, 2025 from 1-3pm.  A Graveside Service will follow at 3:30 in the Blissville Cemetery with Rev. Douglas Glew officiating.
