Lindsay Smith Obituary

Lindsay Charles Smith

September 15, 1962 – August 15, 2021

Smith, Lindsay Charles:  It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Lindsay Charles Smith of Central Blissville on Sunday, August 15, 2021. Born on September 15, 1962, to Russell Smith (Eilona), and Carol (nee Nason) King (Richard, deceased). He is also survived by his brother Jody Smith, three children, Michelle Wade, Ethan Smith, Devon Smith, and extended family.

Always a lover of nature and an outdoor enthusiast, he was an avid canoer and motorcyclist. His sense of humor, plethora of knowledge, reliability, and readiness to help anyone who needed it leaves many fond memories amongst those who knew and loved him. He loved his work in security at the Oromocto Public Hospital. Grateful thanks to the ambulance crew and the staff at the Everett Chalmers Hospital.

The family takes comfort in their grief with the knowledge that he was an organ donor. In lieu of flowers, donations to the charity of your choice or the Canadian Heart and Stroke Association or the Canadian Lung Association is deeply appreciated.  Due to pandemic restrictions, a memorial celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Arrangements are in the Professional Care of Sunbury Funeral Home, Central Blissville, NB (368-2413). Condolences:sunburyfuneralhome.com
