Lois Juanita (O’Leary) Harris 

The family of Lois Harris wish to announce her passing at the Oromocto Public Hospital in Oromocto, NB on Sunday April 13, 2025. Lois was the daughter of the late Carrie (Mersereau) and Edward O’Leary.  She was the wife of the late Leslie Thomas Harris.

Lois will be missed by her five sons; Kevin (Joyce), Matt (Wendy), Myles (Patty), Roger (Ann Marie) and Dale Harris.  Also, by her two sisters; Ruth O’Leary and Melissa (Kelly) Wilson, her brothers; Blaine (Margaret) and Vaughan O’Leary, ten grandchildren; Nick, Lucas, Jordan, Mark, Brandon, Melissa, Zachary, Shelby, Tori and Reece, thirteen great grandchildren with 2 more on the way, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Lois was a hardworking woman, she was very involved in the family farm, and she loved looking after the cows.  She was also very busy keeping her five boys on the straight and narrow. When she did have any spare time, she really enjoyed watching Nascar races, and traveled a few times with Margaret and Blaine to New Hampshire, USA. to watch them in person.

Along with her parents and her husband, Lois was also predeceased by her brother Gerald O’Leary.

Family and friends are invited for Visitation at Sunbury Funeral Home in Central Blissville, NB on Wednesday April 16, 2025 from 4-7pm.  A   Private Family Graveside Service will be held at a later date.  

In lieu of flowers, family would appreciate any donations in Lois’s memory to the Gladstone Cemetery.
