Duplisea, Marilyn Eileen
With heavy hearts the family of Marilyn Eileen Duplisea announces her passing at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital on November 11, 2023. Marilyn was born October 31, 1944, in Clarendon NB to the late Beulah (Kirkpatrick) and Clarence Duplisea.
Marilyn will be missed by her sisters; Eleanor (Allan) Seeley, Valerie (Andrew) McFadzen and Lorraine (Edward) Letourneau, her nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, her church and her cat Rosa.
Marilyn was a schoolteacher for over 35 years. She was a wonderful neighbor, community member and devoted friend to many. Marilyn was a faithful and devoted member of the Blissville Baptist Church and served as Director for the Blissville Cemetery for many years. She was also a member of the Hoyt Hospital aid.
Marilyn was predeceased by brothers Howard, Ralph, and sister Carol.
Family and friends are invited to Sunbury Funeral Home for Visitations on Thursday November 16, 2023, from 2-4 and 6-8 PM.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Blissville Baptist Church with Rev. Sara Palmater officiating on Friday November 17, 2023, at 2 PM. Interment will follow at the Church Cemetery, with a reception after at the Church Hall.
