Mary Winnifred (Madore) Scribner

Scribner, Mary Winnifred (Madore)  The family of Mary Winnifred Scribner of Three Tree Creek, NB, wishes to announce her peaceful  passing on April 29, 2022. Mary was born in Minto, NB. on February 10, 1940, to the late Mabel (Rowe) and William Madore.  She was the loving wife of Vernon Scribner for over  62 years.

Along with her husband, Mary is survived by two daughters; Wilmalee (Gerry) Dugas and Lyn (Dan) Scribner, two sons; Fred and Carl (Lorna) Scribner, five sisters; Belinda (David) Lamon, Harriette (Bob) Orr, Mavis Rouse, Betty Pye and Tammy (Randy) Hoyt, one brother Alfred Madore, four grandchildren; Chrissy, Chantal, Natalie and Alex, five great grandchildren; Mady, Sophee, Georgia, Oliver and Mason, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Mary was a kind and thoughtful person, her family was the most important thing to her!   Although Mary had many jobs outside the house, she last worked for Beaver Foods as a server.

As well as her parents, Mary is pre-deceased by a sister Rose MacDonald and three brothers; Eugene, Douglas and William Madore.

Donations would be appreciated by the family to Hospice House Fredericton, as the family cannot express how thankful they are that Mary was able to spend her last couple of days in their compassionate care.

Respecting Mary’s wishes, the family will have a private get together to Celebrate her Life.
