Ursula Harris of Fredericton Junction, NB, passed away on April 6, 2021. Ursula was born in Fredericton Junction, NB on June 15, 1924 to the late Ruth (Nason) and Ottis Redstone. She was the Loving wife of the late Foster Harris.
Ursula is survived by her daughter Edna Harris Mawhinney (Richard), one sister Enid Phillips, three special nieces: Wendy Hunter, Pamela Dunn (Derek) and Dawn McMillan (Chuck) her honorary grandchildren who called her Nana, as well as many other nieces and nephews.
Ursula was the matriarch of the family and her home was always a gathering place for everyone. Ursula was a lovely lady who enjoyed her family time the most. She loved to travel with her daughter and favorite son in law, and tease him about his cooking. She was a member of the Fredericton Junction Baptist Church.
Along with her parents and her husband, Ursula is also predeceased by her sisters, Margaret Phillips, Eunice Scribner, Alada Redstone and brothers, Charles Redstone and Dana Redstone.
Relatives and friends are invited to Sunbury Funeral Home on Saturday April 10, 2021 from 11am to1 pm. Because of the limitations on gatherings, the funeral is by invitation only. Interment will follow at the Gladstone Cemetery. For those who wish, donations to the Tri County Complex would be appreciated by the family.
