William Frazer Pettis

Pettis, William Frazer – The family wishes to announce the passing of William Pettis of Oromocto, NB. on Thursday, August 9, 2018 at home. Born in Hinton, AB to Sandra (Johnson) Pettis and the late Fredrick Gordon Pettis.  

 He was a retired service member, 40 year veteran, Army, Sri Lanka, Bosnia, 3 tours in Afganistan. Bill had many passions; he loved to garden and cook.  He was also a big fan of the Canadian Habs and the Star Trek franchise.

He is survived by his wife Kim Pettis (Otterson), a daughter Kelsey, two sons; Shane and Tryel, a sister Paige, two brothers Brent and Fred and several nieces and nephews.

Besides his father, he is predeceased by an infant grandchild.

At Bill’s request, there will be no visitations, a memorial service will be held on Saturday, 2-4 pm, September 29, 2018 at The Lodge, 502 Rusagonis Road Rusagonis NB
