Duplessis, Heather Ann – It is with broken hearts that the family of Heather Ann Duplessis, age 28 of Welsford NB announce her passing on Tuesday May 31, 2016 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Heather was born in Dalhousie, NB on September 28, 1987 to Joan Duplessis and the late Elias Mallaley.

Heather loved the outdoors. She, and long time partner Michael Whittaker of 10 years, enjoyed camping, fishing, biking,snowmobiling together and spending time with friends. Where ever they went they had her dog Bubby with them.  

Heather is survived by her partner Michael Whittaker, mother Joan Duplessis, stepfather, Terry Mallaley, half sister, Irene Shannon(Sherman), half brother, Murray Mallaley and her niece Sara. She is predeceased by her father Elias Mallaley.

Visitations will be at Sunbury Funeral Home, Blissville, NB on Thursday June 2, 2016 from 2-4 and 6-8pm   Funeral service will also be at Sunbury Funeral Home, Friday June 3, 2016 at 2pm  with Rev. Blake Perrin officiating.  Donations can be made in Heather’s name to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of donor’s choice.  Arrangements are in the care of Sunbury Funeral Home, Central Blissville, NB.
