Will they say god needed another angel so this time I guess he looked done on us and said I only want the best I need a kind hearted n hard working person to help me here so he took the perfect person but we will never understand why I know I won,t .you touch the hearts of every person you meet .you are with your nanny now you told me of her so many times .will I guess I have to say good-bye I love you my sweet girl

Dear Heather, I had over eight years of friendship with you. Many skidoo trips, including putting our sleds through the ice at Schooler Lake in 24 feet of water a few years back by the light of the moon, and we all survived. We hung out in the woods and at eachother's houses. We got Mike and Kenny to play Cranium and other boardgames with us when we were bored (not an easy feat lol). Darts, dice and horseshoes.. ate a lot of gracious meals at your house - you and Mike were always happy to feed everyone. We dyed eachother's hair, we bitched about life, we sang songs, and laughed til our bellies hurt. One year we travelled over 200km a day to work in Black's Harbour Fish Plant, narrowly missing moose many times. I can't believe you are gone so soon at 28 years old from f*cking cancer. I loved you, and you will never be forgotten. Rest in Peace my young friend... Your fight is over now. My heart aches for you Mike Whittaker, my good buddy - no words can express.

Heather you left this world way to soon way to young but the time you spent here you left your mark.We will never forget all the great times we had snowmobiling biking or just hanging out by a fire pit ,trips to ol Scholar camp or just ventures across the back roads good stories lots of laughs so many memories. I cannot express enough sympathy to Heathers family I hope the love you had togeather make it a bit easier during this sad time.Michael you are a strong man and you were the strongest for Heather during this horrible ordeal she loved you so much could see it in her eyes and the love she felt for you hopefully will give you the strenght to get through the next few days and then in the future take care of you. Heather it is hard to imagine you gone but you will live on in hearts of those who knew you I know I will never forget you May you rest peacefully beautiful girl.

Hearing of Heathers death was such a sad time...She was such a strong willed young lady....never, in our talks did she ever think of giving up on life...we messaged every day when she was in the hospital...wish I could have been there for her....we can't make it to her funeral, but my heart will be with the family....to you Terry, you made a big difference in her life and I am thinking of my big brother at this time...love to you all...Annie and Ken LaPointe

How do you say goodbye. All I seem to do is cry. I miss my Heather so much already my heart feels like bursting. For a parent to bury their child is the worse thing. Thanks everyone for support.
