Had a great chat with your Dad in the Jct just a few weeks ago. He was so cheery and happy....such a nice man. I was shocked to hear of his passing. Will be thinking of you all over these next days and weeks. Take care. Jeff

Byron Nason was my Wife's Uncle, but he became my Uncle over the course of the last 30+ years that I had the pleasure of knowing him. He was smart, funny, talented and opinionated, which in his case, combined all of the previous elements! Twenty years ago, we barter traded, and he cut all of the wood for my shop and I painted his Ford truck and Kelsey's S-10. My wife Anna and I used to visit him and Nora on a regular basis before her passing. Recently we chatted at the Sunbury Diner. He was his chipper self, and that's how I'll remember him. Rest in peace Uncle Byron.

I had the pleasure of meeting Byron in 1993, he was a great man and I am proud to call him my friend, we drank many a coffee in the woods looking at the wildlife on his wood lot, he would tell me story's about his family and how proud he was each and everyone. I know he will be dearly missed by all he was a great man and a wonderful friend R.I P
